Recipe: Easy Chili
Summary: Ground beef, onion, kidney beans, whole kernel corn in a mild enchilada sauce soup broth.
Ingredients
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
- 1 Can Red Kidney Beans, (15.5 ounce), un-drained
- 1 Can Mild Enchilada Sauce, (10 ounce)
- 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn, (8.5 ounce), un-drained
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
Instructions
- Cook the beef and onion in a 10 inch skillet until the beef is browned and the onion is tender.
- Drain.
- Stir in the beans, enchilada sauce, corn, water and salt.
- Simmer covered, for 20 to 30 minutes.
