Recipe: Easy Chili

Summary: Ground beef, onion, kidney beans, whole kernel corn in a mild enchilada sauce soup broth.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 Can Red Kidney Beans, (15.5 ounce), un-drained
  • 1 Can Mild Enchilada Sauce, (10 ounce)
  • 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn, (8.5 ounce), un-drained
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef and onion in a 10 inch skillet until the beef is browned and the onion is tender.
  2. Drain.
  3. Stir in the beans, enchilada sauce, corn, water and salt.
  4. Simmer covered, for 20 to 30 minutes.
