Recipe: Crock Pot Chili
Summary: Slow cooked ground beef chili highlighted with onion, green pepper, kidney beans, and stewed tomatoes. Chili is seasoned with salt, pepper and taco mix, and slow cooked about an hour on HIGH.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 Pounds Ground Beef
- 1 Medium Yellow Onion
- 1/2 Green Pepper
- 1 Packet Chili Mix
- 4 Cans Medium Red Kidney Beans
- 2 Cans Diced Stewed Tomatoes
- Sea Salt
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Brown the meat.
- Add in the diced green pepper and onion.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the beans in the crock pot with the onion, green pepper and tomatoes.
- Mix well and let it be heating while the meat is cooking.
- Add the meat then cook on high for about 1 hour.
