Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Stewing Beef, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
  • 2 Cups Onion, chopped
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 (1 Pound) Can Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Beef Bouillon Cube
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 1-1/2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano Leaves
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 2 (15 ounce) Cans Kidney Beans

Instructions

  1. Add cooking oil to the oven.
  2. Heat over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, tomatoes, beef bouillon, chili powder, salt, dried oregano, and ground cumin.
  4. Cover and simmer 1-1/2 hours.
  5. Add the kidney beans.
  6. Simmer for 20 additional minutes.
