Chili comes in as many names as there are people making chili!  Sometimes it’s hard to filter out what’s real from what’s not.  This collection of 30 plus chili recipes have been tested here in our labs (my kitchen), and guaranteed to be the real thing.  Along with chili recipes, we will try and keep you updated on local and national chili cook-offs as well as post informational segments including cooking tips, kitchen gadgets, culinary techniques as well as do our best to keep adding authentic chili recipes that we feel deserve the right to be added to our list.
